Where do I start? Thank you SO much! I'm really glad Andy was recommended to me by another local driving instructor. He really knows his stuff! Andy's calm and friendly attitude, his approach to giving feedback and instruction, as well as his ability to help make me feel calm while driving has been brilliant. He knows how to build your confidence without you even realising and always takes time to explain things and make sure you understand. After a very long break from driving, I'd started to think that driving wasn't for me anymore. However, after seven hours of refresher lessons with Andy, I'm pleased to say that's no longer the case. The written debriefs are a great way to round off each session too. Getting written feedback is a great way to really reflect on the session and understand what learnings to take on for next time. It's also good to look back on to help boost your confidence and as a general reminder of how your driving has gone so far.

He was always very professional, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped build my confidence on the road. I joined Andy for a test booster course and to get my confidence up. Not only did Andy help this but he also managed to fix all issues that I had within my driving in the easiest way. He was a great teacher and great to talk to. I always felt comfortable on lessons and he always had my best interest at heart. I truly would recommend him if you are wanting you learn to drive. Finally he managed to help me pass my test with only 1 minor fault.

Andy is an amazing instructor! He’s patient, kind, encouraging and friendly. He’s good at pushing his students but not to the point of them feeling uncomfortable or out of depth during their LDC Driving experience. His knowledge of the roads and his teaching methods through the LDC hand booklet, really elevates his student performance and his target aiming by going through a step-by-step process helps students be aware of where they are in their learning. At the end of each lesson he delivers a written review of the lessons that is hugely beneficial for self-reflection for the process of learning to drive! Would highly recommend!
